My Story: How I Almost Quit Before I Even Started
I didn’t have it all figured out when I started. I didn’t know the perfect workout. I didn’t have the best diet. But I had something that kept me going: I knew exactly why I wanted to change.
Growing up, I felt stuck. I was overweight, uncomfortable in my own skin, and I had zero confidence. I avoided photos, never felt good in my clothes, and deep down, I didn’t believe change was possible for me.
The turning point? Seeing my driver’s license photo.
It wasn’t just the picture—it was the realization that I didn’t like the person I had become. I felt like I had been drifting through life, and for the first time, I told myself:

That single moment was enough to get me to take action. I started small—just walking one mile a day—and that one small step led to a complete transformation.
I lost 75 lbs.
I gained confidence.
I built a life I never thought was possible.
